Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

I'm not seeing ads removed after purchasing premium

Try restarting the app completely. If ads still appear, use the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.

How do I unlock new themes?

Earn coins by solving puzzles, then visit the Theme Store to purchase new themes. Premium users get all themes unlocked instantly!

The app is crashing or not working properly

Please try restarting the app and your device. If issues persist, contact us with your device model and iOS version.

How do hints work?

You get 3 free hints daily. Earn additional hints by solving puzzles without using hints.

Can I sync my progress across devices?

Currently, progress is stored locally on each device. We're considering cloud sync for future updates.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History → Find the purchase → Report a Problem.
